Culprit is http://hg.mozilla.org/mozilla-central/file/343ec916dfd5/modules/libmar/tool/Makefile.in#l92 I think we should use something corresponding to $(filter %nss%,$(NSS_LIBS)) (except that doesn't work because filter doesn't handle two % in the same pattern)
