We need to archive this presentation (sans the Q&A session) and air an encore broadcast Sunday, March 25th at 7am PST. I will track that project in a separate bug.

Just caught this:

The order of the Student Reps presentations on the intranet site were entered in reverse. This March 21 presentation is a live broadcast for which we'll be archiving footage and re-airing on Sunday, March 25 (not March 24 as I mistakenly wrote in my previous comment).

This presentation was originally requested to take place in SFO Commons; however, it is listed as taking place in 10 Forward: https://intranet.mozilla.org/Brown_Bag_Presentations. Please confirm that we have staff available to provide AV setup and assistance in SFO Commons for this Brown Bag.

I followed up with Tabatha this week regarding the request in comment 3. Please acknowledge this request on the bug and advise on any considerations/instructions for the presenter and/or audience regarding the video-in-video component of the presentation.
