Expected results:

I'd like to propose another value for preference mail.identity.default.encryptionpolicy etc.
Currently the possible values are 0 ("never") or 1 ("required").

But I'd like to have another preference value 2 for "If possible". In this case a message should be automatically sent S/MIME encrypted if there are recipient certs known for all recipients.
