Attachment: Roboform Cannot Remove Add On

Steps:

1. Go to http://www.roboform.com/platforms/browsers/firefox
2. Install roboform for firefox
3. Launch firefox
4. Go to the menu --> add ons

Expected:

The add ons manager should allow me to remove the Roboform add on.

Actual:

See attached screenshot. The add ons manager only allows me to disable or select options for Roboform in firefox. I cannot remove it.

I'm assuming this installs the roboform add-on into a system location for all users, that makes this bug 640775
