Attachment: No App Icon Confirmation Dialog

Steps:

1. Install the latest build of the extension (tested with 3/1 build)
2. Go to apps.mozillalabs.com/appdir
3. Select to install an app

Expected:

The confirmation dialog should appear showing the app icon for the specific app.

Actual:

See attached screenshot. An open box (probably the default icon) is shown for every app, even if the app has an icon.
