When a user submits a video, they get an e-mail confirming that they're video has uploaded. We'd like to make it such that flicks admins are notified when a video is uploaded (so we can check for things that aren't okay and keep on top of submissions). We've found that there are two ways to do this a) flicks admins can be bcc'd on the confirmation e-mail from the system or b) have the app send the admins an e-mail when a flick is uploaded. I've cc'd stacy martin from privacy to advise which method she'd prefer.

I don't think we need this after all.
