Steps:

1. Install the latest build of the extension
2. Go to apps.mozillalabs.com/appdir
3. Install an app natively
4. Go to ~/Applications in Mac OS X

Expected:

The app I installed natively should be listed in the applications directory.

Actual:

Going to ~/Applications, I do not see the app I installed. If I go to search field and search for the app, then I can find the app I installed if I type it correctly. This is a problem from a user experience perspective - I always have to search my applications directory to find the application, rather than see it explicitly.

Re-tested this on OS X 10.5/10.6/10.7. Can't get a reproduction of this issue anymore. Resolving it as a works for me.
