Almost every night I'll have some tabs where I think "I need to remember to look at this tomorrow at work".  Right now, I bookmark the tab in my Bookmarks Toolbar b/c that usually grabs my attention the next day.  However, this isn't ideal (and the toolbar isn't even visible by default for most users).  Since we already have the option to look at tabs open in other computers via sync, I think it would be really useful to be able to actively "send" a tab to another device, the effect being that the tab is opened on that device on the next sync.

You already can. See Bug 507471; the UX work isn't finished yet, but the core is in there along with an addon to provide a UI.
