In the static rendering, the outline touches the underline, which doesn't seem right. So maybe the dynamic rendering is the correct one? Or maybe the underline shouldn't extend past the hyphen? (The fuzzer found this by modifying a reftest that hyphenated based on a Slovenian dictionary. To make the bug report clearer and its testcase more portable, I changed it to use soft hyphens.)

I can still reproduce on Mac, but not on Linux.
