Looks like we have 2 taipei bugs -- I'm also wondering if we can add a bug for Tokyo as well (now that they want to be added - I met with Tetsuya last week and I'll work with him to get content)

It would be really helpful to identify the RASCI:

Informed: the person who needs to be notified of results but need not necessarily be consulted (?)
