Currently, we keep our mozconfigs in the mozilla-central tree.  B2g does not have these checked in.  We should check in mozconfigs for each build type:

e.g. http://hg.mozilla.org/mozilla-central/raw-file/default/b2g/config/mozconfigs/linux32/debug should be the mozconfig for debug builds of b2g on a 32-bit linux slave.  Even though the toolchain can be run on windows, osx and linux, I think we should have a mozconfig per build platform.

I'll attach a patch with the mozconfig from bug 719491 later on
