The problem was wallpapered in bug 717521.  This bug is to figure out
what the real problem is, per bug 717521 comment 39:

Why does http://hg.mozilla.org/try/rev/00ec76a793da affect anything then?  We surely can't be creating widgets with dimensions > 4096 pixels ...

Perhaps Bug 721905 is related to this?

Indeed, I think bug 721905 is simply a duplicate of bug 717521.
