Steps to reproduce:

Shockwave Flash 11.2 r202
13.0a1 (2012-03-06)

I could play/watch the yotube video with firefox version 10.0.2 but so fare
I have not been able to play youtube video with Firefox 13.0

Could watch it with firefox 10 but not able to play it with version 13.0 

Is this a known problem ?

wfm with  Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.1; rv:13.0) Gecko/20120306 Firefox/13.0a1 SeaMonkey/2.10a1 and Shockwave Flash 11.1 r102

Please try it again in the Firefox safemode:
http://support.mozilla.com/en-US/kb/Safe+Mode

Firefox 13.0a1 (2012-03-07)

In safemode I could watch the youtube flash video. 

I have a few extensions installed. I could watch youtube movies after I disabled extension 
"Flashblock 1.5.15.1"
