Sean,

We're adapting the current http://mozilla.org/about page to become the http://mozilla.org/mission page as we move to Bedrock.

We need a new /about page that serves the goal of being an entry point for all Mozilla housekeeping.

Deadline: Friday, March 9.

The page should be similar to http://www.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/about/ - but, focused on Mozilla v. Firefox (we'll be eliminating this /firefox page in the migration & relaunch).

OK, here's a pass at this. As it was, it was too similar to the Mission page and didn't really reflect what people would find here. I think this is more to the point and gets them to the links faster.

I definitely like this approach, but would rather not have the "learn more about our brand" part...sounds too corp-y to me. Can we highlight another aspect of the page?

Thanks Ty. I really like layout 2. I think we can do this without the icons for now and then come back to the page in Q2 with a more thorough content overhaul.

Matej will have some new copy for this in the morning and then we should be set.

I'm just making punctuation typos all over the place. Just noticing that we aren't using periods in the blurbs under the links, so we should lose the period at the end of the Get involved sentence (the punctuation under Career center is OK because we're asking and then answering a question). Thanks!
