73396 - bugzilla pages refresh very slowly when selecting item from list box

when trying to query/file a bug in a system that uses bugzilla (eazel, gnome,
ximian, or mozilla), and i select an item from a list box, the other list boxes
change their contents to only hold relevant information.  in a gecko based
browser (like mozilla, or galeon in gnome), this update takes a very long time. 
using netscape 4.76, the change is very fast.  also, using ie in windows
refreshes fast as well, if i remember right

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. go to a bugzilla page using the mozilla browser
2. click on an item in the first list box	
3. wait........ and wait.........

Actual Results:  mozilla (or galeon) often hangs when refreshing the list boxes.	

Expected Results:  refresh should take place rather quickly
