Steps to reproduce:

Browsed whatismyuseragent.com on a phone


Actual results:

a user agent was displayed without 'mobile'


Expected results:

mobile should be in the user agent if it is a phone (not tablet)

Native Fennec's UA has the 'mobile' token in it (i.e, Mozilla/5.0 (Android; Mobile; rv:13.0) Gecko/13.0 Firefox/13.0a1)).

Is that a different application than Firefox in the Google Play Store? https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=org.mozilla.firefox I have that installed and the user agent is displaying as:

Mozilla/5.0(Android; Linux armv7l; rv:10.0.2) Gecko/20120215 Firefox/10.0.2 Fennec/10.0.2

Hardware in question is a T-Mobile G2 aka HTC Desire Z

Perhaps this bug was already fixed but hasn't rolled out to stable versions yet?

Yes, it's the new version of Firefox not yet available in the Android Market [1]. The released version's UA isn't changing.
