Details
Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.1; WOW64; rv:11.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/11.0
Could only reproduce with the latest Flash version: 11.1.102.63.
STR:
1. Load a youtube video. (e.g. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=TInNIdsCoqs&feature=related)
2. Quickly select the full screen button while the video is loading.
Actual result: Glitch in full screen mode-the image is corrupt.
Workaround: exiting and re-entering full screen fixes the issue.
Can't reproduce 100%, but repeating step 1-2 a couple of times for different videos on load reproduces the issue for me. Could repro on three machines with Windows XP and 7. No graphic card problem for any of them.
Here's a screencast with the issue:

Couldn't reproduce on Mac OS 10.6.
In addition to the STR provided, moving the slider quickly before selecting full screen could also help to reproduce.

Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.1; WOW64; rv:13.0) Gecko/20120301 Firefox/13.0a1
I can reproduce this on Nightly.
i can also confirm that Chrome and opera exhibit the same behavior with the latest Flash version.
This is sounding more and more like a bug in Flash than a bug in Firefox.

I'm closing a lot of bugs which are filed as Adobe Flash bugs which are either irrelevant, not actionable, or not serious enough to track in the Mozilla bug tracker. For the most part, Flash bugs should be filed in Adobe bugbase, and we'll only track a few highly-critical issues in the Mozilla tracker.
