3-frame layout for webmail app: narrow left top-to-bottom with buttons for different functions; narrow top horizontal with advertisement; the rest is for displaying html page of e-mail.
Buttons area equal to horizontal top ad area are corruptedly copied over ad frame and stay there when scrolling e-mail frame.
I know this isn't good bug sumbission form, but initial blank login window is retained for 399 secondes until I used back arrow, and I also see in between an "invalid login" message when I have logged in correctly.
Also: (I know I'm pushing it) within browser itself, the custom toolbar frame has header text going under the scroll bar to the right. It should also have a close button.
Version of browser was the one prior to today's date, 5-29-99.

The particular bug is fixed. However, there are many other unreported bugs associated with Jscript parsing at this site on the attached page and others. This webmail engine used by Netscape (USA something) seems to use a great deal of Jscript. An example bug: using the 6/22 build id 1999062208 the messages in my inbox were not visible and occupied no space. I wish someone in QA could set up an account and explore these JavaScript problems. www.netscape.net->WebMail
