User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.1; WOW64; rv:10.0.2) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/10.0.2 Build ID: 20120215223356 Steps to reproduce: Started Nightly in Safe Mode and it was very fast. Disabled all Add-Ons and enabled only Ghostery. Actual results: Nightly was noticeably slower. This is not just a placebo; it was measurably slower over a number of websites. Expected results: No difference in speed with Ghostery enabled.
Please report to Ghostery's developer. This is something they will have to diagnose and fix.
