From http://build.mozilla.org/builds/last-job-per-slave.html (and with prettying) It would be good to determine if they need a reboot, re-image, stop/start clientproxy or else.
the vast majority of these were in a "buildbot was idle" and they just sat there waiting for each other to do something. I have restarted them, filed one tegra recovery bug and taken notes on how to get kittenreaper to handle this
