Details

The release of PHP 5.4 and the historical short support window for older releases after a new major release means that sooner rather than later Socorro will once again be behind in terms of PHP versions. We need to ensure that Socorro is compatible with PHP 5.4 or that we know the steps to take to make it so.
We will be rewriting the PHP into something else, so this won't matter.
