Please create a new room in Zimbra called "TOR MozSpace", in order for the staff to book the community space.

This is also known as the Toronto MozSpace, so you can put for the room details

"Large open room with 60 chairs and standing capacity for 100. Audio mic'ing available."

TOR-commons is the Toronto equivalent of 10-forward in MTV.

The point of this to make sure that work weeks and other events do not overlap.  Originally I suggested that this was a zimbra calendar that people could see.  A Toronto calendar where people can see what events are happening when.

Ok, I'm not sure why we would need a TOR-Commons and a TOR-Mozspace room in Zimbra this will only cause more confusion.

There seems to be some confusion over the naming convention, call it whatever you want, but it's absolutely essential that we are able book the "Community Space (MozSpace/Commons)" in Zimbra so that we do not run into scheduling conflicts.  

Especially since we have folks from other sites wanting to reserve the space for their event and they are unable to.

There was already a location Called TOR-Commons in Zimbra when this bug was created. Are you not able to see/book the resource?

Sorry, massive confusion here.

I believe the 'TOR-Commons' option was originally designated for the our large video conference auditorium (the 10fwd equivalent) - the room you see us in during the Monday MoCo meetings.

Attached to this room is the Community/MozSpace (which contributors can come and work in), which will need it's own separate bookable option in Zimbra.

Does that make sense?

If the rooms are attached and people are allowed to book them separately this will end up causing double bookings.

Employees will end up booking the room the same time contributors will.

Ill push this to Tim to decide how he wants to handle it.
