Bug exists in both Windows and Linux. Chrome and IE behave as expected.

Mozilla/5.0 (X11; Linux x86_64; rv:13.0) Gecko/20120312 Firefox/13.0a1
Confirming this.
Can also reproduce in 4.0.1 so this is not a recent regression.

Works for me with 2013-10-16-03-02-02-mozilla-central-firefox-27.0a1.en-US.linux-x86_64.
It probably was a duplicate of bug 151142.
