734683 - Provide UI for adding more recipients than lines provided by default

I have seen more than once end users asking how they can add more than four recipients (the current default of recipient lines provided in the compose window) when writing a mail. These users are not aware of pressing the Enter key to get a new line (or separating with ,).

So a button for adding another recipient line/field sounds useful. In my humble opinion, it should show something like a "+" followed by a contact symbol (like in front of the contact/mail address in a recipient field.

Also see bug 425451, but that's more for setting a default number of lines rather than a [+] button to explicitly add a line.
