User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.0; WOW64) AppleWebKit/535.11 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/17.0.963.78 Safari/535.11

Steps to reproduce:

Performed adding new area either in one of the parent location of Start or End Location's tree.


Actual results:

Area gets added successfully


Expected results:

There must have some provision to verify the new location added is valid or not.
If not Valid location, then system must prompt user to add valid area.

Can you be more specific about the topic of this bug? I have no idea what you mean by adding new areas - exactly what steps do you take that cause you to see this bug, and what is the behaviour you see that is a result of these steps? Please refer to parts of the Firefox interface, or specific modules of code.

Goal is to apply verification of valid area.
I just want to assign this task to someone. I just want to know how to assign this bug to particular person.
Let me know how to edit "Assigned To" field in bug summary. I am not getting any provision.
The default value is "Nobody; OK to take it and work on it" and I want to change it and assign it to proper person, how can I do this?
Also I want to remove default recipients from email receiver list and want to send email to only particular person.How do I do this?

That did not answer any of my questions. Is this bug actually related to Firefox or Firefox technology in any way?

As for the rest of your questions, non-developers don't have permission to edit bug details. That's the way Bugzilla works.

No.Its not related to Firefox Technology
Still I want some suggestion.
I am not asking for changing the bug details, I just want to know is there any way to authenticate the tester to assign that bug to specific developer and if yes, how can I change default values such as "Nobody; OK to take it and work on it" for "Assigned To" field with developer name or email address
