These are the powerpoints I mentioned to John Slater on Thursday.  We were hoping to get them branded and with better graphics.  

Something, that looks a little more professional?

Also, I am attaching the three docs that I sent in the beginning of February to John but I didn't know to file a bug :(

Hi there, I'm going to assign this to Rhonda who is helping us update our overall templates.  Rhonda, these documents need some general polish (graphics and copy) and need to be rolled into the template from bug#734379.

Going over the powerpoints, wanted to make a few comments and make sure our expectations are aligned wrt to the graphics:

* First Day Orientation Preso: 
- Page 4 graphic: update colors and apply style polish
- Page 5 graphic: update colors and apply style polish
- Page 6 graphic: stays the same
- Page 7 graphic: stays the same

* First Day Agenda
- Update logo
- Update type

* Benefits Summary
- Polish background.

* First Day Orientation P2
- Update cover page with group photo as Hero image.
- Polish graphs. 

Does this sound good?

I have done the first round of the Onboard docs. Here is the link:

One note: the Word document came up a little wonky on my mac--so hopefully it saved OK and wont revert to something weird on a PC--but if it does, I may need to remake the graphics in Illustrator--Word is a horrible graphic layout program.

Thanks Rhonda  great first round.

Dave, let me know your thoughts.  Here are mine:

* The white text on the summit picture doesn't show very well.  I'd prefer to have the orange photo collage (with that summit photo included) with white copy on top so that it reads better while still capturing the essence of mozilla / community fun in the background.  This'll also help tie the cover page to the orange collage strip we have across the following pages...

* I'm not a huge fan of the orange collage faded in the bottom of the pages to be honest.  I just feel like it's not really clear what we're looking at (perhaps an updated cover page will help though) and in some cases it's cluttering up the space.  Anything we can do to help with this?  Not sure if moving it to the top would help, but that's an idea (and having the page headers in white on top of the collage) ?

Hey Tara--
No worries on your second comment, only one thing: this is the FF template for PPT that was approved last week that everyone is starting to use, so if we are going to change the footer graphic we should probably involve John S in the convo. Its ok and I can do that, just wanted to make sure everyone is OK with whatever change is made since this is a template.

Sorry all, in my head I replied to this :)  I agree with John's 1st comment, I would love to see a different collage, I'm not really thrilled with the whistler one we added :).  as for the second comment, i really like the template and colors :)  I have no opinion on the footer so I'm happy to go with whatever is our standard.

Thanks Dave.  I'm assuming you meant my comment vs. John's?  unless I missed a thread somewhere.  Either way, sounds good to me.  Rhonda you should have the files you need (collage) to whip that up I hope. Please flag if not.
