When the user tries to sign in in the Sky Guide app, the Sign in pop-up does not fit the screen in neither portrait or landscape mode. It does not re-adjust its size to fit the screen accordingly.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Install Soup on an Android device
2. Launch the Apps Marketplace from Applications
3. Install Sky Guide and launch it
4. Click on "Record" on any of the slideshow panels (make sure you are not signed in)

Actual Results:
Notice the pop-up that appears does not fit the screen in portrait or landscape mode.

Expected Results:
The pop-up should fit the screen properly according to its size.

Confirmed that this happens on a Samsung Galaxy Nexus with the stock browser. Sounds like a tech evangelism problem with top apps.
