I'm having trouble using VidyoDesktop on Windows. Whenever I try to join a room (my own, or someone else's) I get "Call disconnected by the Operator" It appears to work for about 5 seconds but then disconnects. When I try to direct call a colleague we both get "Call ended by other party" For the record I have never succeeded in using Vidyo. My login in bbirtles@mozilla.com and my room is 9030. The error message is being produced by the VidyoDesktop client (i.e. not the Flash interface). I have a telcon tomorrow I would like to use this for if possible.

For the record, I'm seeing the same behaviour on Android, i.e. if I join my own room, after about 5 seconds I get "Call disconnected by the Operator"
I don't see any issues with your Vidyo account from the admin account. Is this an intermittent issue? What version is your Vidyo Desktop Client? If you are able to pull any error logs from either your Windows machine or android, please add them as an attachment and we can file a ticket with Vidyo to diagnose the issue.

This morning I was successfully able to use Vidyo on Windows (version is 2.1.0 00335). So it appears to be an intermittent issue. Were there network issues yesterday? (i.e. 24hrs ago)
I wasn't aware of any network issues over the weekend. But we did have a video conference room that was down when we came in Monday morning in MV. The "Call disconnected by the Operator" message is the default message for dropped calls in Vidyo. The more unlikely cause: You've given your ldap credentials to another person that you've wanted to join the room at the same time you've joined. And the more likely case: You've logged into vidyo in two places, example: laptop and phone. If this is the case, you will be dropped from the other when you log in on the second device and this will happen in the Desktop Client interface and in some instances in the flash. Please reopen or open a new bug if you continue to have an issue with Vidyo.
