seen on mac commercial build 2001-03-26-12-trunk

-goto a secure site

a dialogue window should pop up....it does, but it is full screen and contains 
nothing.

the window can not be dismissed or closed..the only recourse is to force quit 
the app.

yesterday? nope.....friday nope...

but I can say it is not 100% reproducable.... retested and got into a secure 
site okay...bug then got the bug dialogue on the way out of the secure site
This sounds like bug 73465 which seems to be related to the Modern skin. I can't 
repro the problem with the Classic skin.
reducing severity because it's not a 100% show stopper and only in modern skin
