I'm using Mozilla 0.8 on Red Hat Linux 7 using the RPM distribution from your
download page.

I go to www.mapquest.com and fill out the driving directions form and submit
it. It starts to load the result page - I can see the top of the directions.
Then mozilla starts consuming all available RAM (physical and swap) and my
machine grinds to a halt. I seem to have about 10 seconds to kill the process
before my machine dies. Very unfortunate. I've tried submitting different
directions on mapquest and always get the same result. This may be a problem
with the map image - the page never loads far enough for me to see whether
that's loaded or not.
This was fixed over three weeks ago. Try a recent nightly or 0.8.1 once it's
released.
