Details
User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 5.1; rv:10.0.2) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/10.0.2 Build ID: 20120215223356 Steps to reproduce: I tried to post this to the user forum with no success!!!! Apparently I'm in the wrong place but hopefully you will forward this. Here it is: javascript doesn't respond: at one web site, they use a javascript. I am on version 10.0.2. It does not respond. IE - works fine. Firefox "used" to work just fine too, but the latest version no. I checked with a friend on version 8.xxx and it works fine. Yes, I checked the settings under tools. Yes I restarted Firefox. Know what the deal is? Expected results: Javascript should work

You can get assistance by visiting the Firefox help site -> https://support.mozilla.com/en-US/kb/ask First things to check are: Does the issue still occur if you start Firefox in Safe Mode? http://support.mozilla.com/en-US/kb/Safe+Mode How about with a new, empty profile? http://support.mozilla.com/en-US/kb/Basic%20Troubleshooting#w_8-make-a-new-profile
