735156 - Changes needed to Ship uk for SeaMonkey

So, I'm going through the l10n signoff request for uk. It is good enough for me to build our 2.9 Beta off of, but I need a (few) changes in order to ship 2.9 final with it.

; - suite/searchplugins/google.xml
  |- Only change here is a s/client=firefox/client=seamonkey/ which actually breaks search suggestions :( Per the following please also delete this.
; - suite/searchplugins/*.xml
  |- Please remove these since you did not modify it, the system will get it straight from en-US
; - suite/profile/bookmarks.inc
  |- should be localized, but does point at en-US webpages.
; - suite/profile/bookmarks.extra
  |- Please verify these urls have useable-in-your-locale pages. If you need to change the urls or titles please do so.
; - suite/chrome/common/region.properties
  |- Yahoo should not be translated here. (must correspond to the filenames/entries in the searchplugins list)
