735163 - Corrections for initial signoff of zh-TW for SeaMonkey

This is not blocking me shipping but I do hope you guys address these.

Few things,

I would like for the link to be to some page that at least mentions/deals with SeaMonkey. Does such a zh-TW page exist on your site? (I'm not blocking a release on this issue

That line (Yahoo) should match the <shortname>...</shortname> for whichever search plugin you want to set as the 2'nd order, I suggest |Yahoo!| since that is the yahoo-zh-TW one.

We don't have a product page for SeaMonkey yet, but I'm planning to make one between beta phase and official release.

Confirmed, I thought it should match the file name without locale code of searchplugin. Will fix this later today.
