So the mozilla-esr10 release config is pointing at the mozilla-release multilocale config file, not the mozilla-esr10 one.

That's harmless since we're not really changing anything in mozilla-release l10n land for Fennec (the l10n json is staying static), but then I removed all non-esr10 linux-android configs in http://hg.mozilla.org/build/mozharness/rev/166ed671a8cd .

This patch would fix this problem, but would require a review, a retag, a reconfig, and a rebuild of the linux-android build.

http://hg.mozilla.org/build/mozharness/rev/59eceffc9864 backs out the mozilla-release config file removal and will only require a retag and rebuild of the linux-android build.  I'm doing that now.
