User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.1; WOW64; rv:12.0a2) Gecko/20120312 Firefox/12.0a2 Build ID: 20120312042012 Steps to reproduce: Go to http://webtoolsandtips.com/wp-content/uploads/2007/11/firefox_ie_desktop_1152x864.jpg Open a Win7 folder. Drag the image to folder. It saves at url.jpg Oddly, though, attempting the same thing with http://www.logostage.com/logos/firefox.png saves it as firefox.png.
Since I posted a PNG for the second example instead of a JPG, I should add that the extension has nothing to do with it.

I can not reproduce this bug on my machine: Name Firefox Version 46.0a1 Build ID 20160112030227 User Agent Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.1; Win64; x64; rv:46.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/46.0 If you are still encountering this problem on the newest Firefox build please let me know. Thank you, Justin
