Prerequisites:
Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.1; WOW64; rv:10.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/10.0

Steps to reproduce:
1.Open global stats dashboard at https://addons-dev.allizom.org/z/en-US/statistics/?last=30
2.Select any statistic from left side of the screen (i.e. Collections created : https://addons-dev.allizom.org/z/en-US/statistics/collections_created/?last=30)
3.Hover cursor over statistic line and observe the tooltip displayed for different dates.

Expected results:
For each date, the tooltip should list the same information as in the table displayed under the graph.

Actual results:
The information from tooltip is not the same with the one listed in the table under the graph for the same date.

NOTES:
The issue here is that for a given date on x axis , the tooltip will display the information for the next day(i.e. for March 2 , the tooltip will display the information from March 3).

Reproducible also for add-ons statistics. Please fix in both places.
