735819 - TB-IM: notify when a new message directed to the user arrives

Description

On IRC when the username is mentioned or called then TB should better inform with a bing / configurable sound or flashing of TB / Chat-tab like ChatZilla.

The bubble with the username should also be highlighted to find it easier in a channel with a lot of traffic.

This would help when the user is reading mails or is using a other program.

Additionally this could also be extended with keywords.

Right, we need to inform the user in that case. I think this is very similar to the situation when the user receives a new private message (we don't have a notification for this case either), so I'm changing the summary of the bug to cover these 2 very similar cases.

Except if the new message theme changed that, the messages containing your username are displayed with a bold font.

I think this would be for an add-on.

Correct, also with new theme the font is bold. If it could be made more obvious with a different colored border or background color this would be better.
