As per the spec at https://docs.google.com/document/d/15qntg0vPwv_l5_FcyisGZkHV-8cHi3Yu1EEkmKua-lE, support email is a required field.

Currently we don't enforce this for apps. We should make Support email a required field for MarketPlace.
