User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.1; WOW64; rv:11.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/11.0 Build ID: 20120312181643 Steps to reproduce: Here's a video demonstrating the problem: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=mREC7FcirHE&feature=youtu.be Actual results: Notice how the main thread hangs a couple of times, stopping everything from working. Expected results: Obviously the entire browser isn't supposed to lock up several times per minute.
Note that the use of YouTube is to make it particularly obvious that there's a problem since the video freezes. It's not a problem restricted to YouTube.

An observation: You have many tabs open in Firefox and several visible extensions loaded, as well as an animated toolbar icon (i think). Can you do this same test with a fresh, new Firefox profile? ( http://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/Managing-profiles?redirectlocale=en-US&redirectslug=Managing+profiles#w_starting-the-profile-manager ) That, for one thing would allow you to compare apples to apples (a bit more anyway).
Resolving old bugs which are likely not relevant any more, since NPAPI plugins are deprecated.
