Details

When tab previews are enabled, and a set of tabs are loaded from a restored session, the previews/titles/icons for each tab do not show up until they are focused (and thus loaded). The expected page title and favicon appear on each tab, but on the Windows 7 taskbar list, there are just a bunch of entries for [default icon] Nightly.
