last msg can't be read

Details

using a windows build from Sat. I have my sort order set to ascending date (most recent at the bottom). When the two last msgs are unread, and I select the 2nd to last msg from the bottom, read it, then delete it (via the toolbar button), the focus automatically goes to the last message in the list. However, the message body never appears. If I click another message then click back, still no body. If I change folders, then change back and try to read that last message, still no body.
