User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 5.1) AppleWebKit/535.11 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/17.0.963.79 Safari/535.11 Steps to reproduce: I've been packaging 10.0.3esr in Mageia Linux, with system nss 3.13.3. Actual results: All build fine. But when executing install section, it failed: printf "manifest components/interfaces.manifest\nmanifest components/components.manifest\nmanifest chrome/nonlocalized.manifest\nmanifest chrome/localized.manifest\n" > ../../dist/firefox//chrome.manifest /usr/bin/python2.7 /home/iurt/rpm/BUILD/mozilla-esr10/config/optimizejars.py --optimize /home/iurt/rpm/BUILD/obj/browser/installer/../../jarlog//en-US ../../dist/bin/chrome ../../dist/firefox/chrome Stripping package directory... signing nss libraries run-mozilla.sh: Cannot execute /home/iurt/rpm/BUILD/obj/browser/installer/../../dist/bin/shlibsign. Expected results: I guess it should execute binary from system nss package, rather than use its own tarball. The problem is that why UNIVERSAL_BINARY is set when building linux package, reading from toolkit/mozapps/installer/packager.mk

(In reply to Funda Wang from comment #4) > The problem is that why UNIVERSAL_BINARY is set when building linux package, > reading from toolkit/mozapps/installer/packager.mk It isn't that, because $(RUN_TEST_PROGRAM) also equates to run-mozilla.sh. As it is, I've just noticed this is a duplicate of bug 710268 which has just been fixed for the next version of the ESR builds.
