-H1,H2,H3,H4, replace articles w/divs, accommodate social sharing tags, etc. via Bug 730809 (if time permits)

-The headlines in the "rollover for details" caption blurbs on the upper right are a bit messy see http://bit.ly/zXn3hb

-The "What's New" link under the download button doesn't work (true for all recently ported pages)

The offerBestDownloadLink('download'); stuff on this page and any others has been cleaned up. I've also fixed the 404s listed above: 3af18d45b2d18435442cb7cd28782eb0144a80f5

The ers download links are still there - James is on that one.
