Steps to reproduce:

Build Thunderbird from source, which succeeded with 10.0.2esr and before without problems.


Actual results:

Stripping package directory...
   signing nss libraries

   run-mozilla.sh: Cannot execute
   /home/iurt/rpm/BUILD/mozilla-thunderbird-10.0.3/comm-esr10/mail/installer/../../mozilla/dist/bin/shlibsign.

   make[1]: *** [stage-package] Error 1
   make[1]: Leaving directory

Expected results:

Build should have succeeded like before.

The reason for this is that there's no shlibsign binary present at that time:
