Expected results:

I want support contact groups like in Google Contact or allow this for mailing list.

I want:
1. One contact can be in several groups
2. Allow save all contact from email to one group
3. Write email to group without writing all contact

Good luck with this. I requested (under a previous login) an equivalent (based on my old mail client, THE BAT) back in 2008. It seems like no here is interested in either this or creating outgoing filters.

Thunderbird has "Mailing list" feature accessible from AB which might do the trick if used carefully. However, mailing list design (relationship/UI/behaviour between cards and lists) is flawed from the ground up and needs overhaul (Bug 757736), or well, even the whole AB design.
Mike Conley began to re-develop a new AB from scratch, but it's a mammoth task and completion is currently uncertain (needs volunteers to complete).

And yes, in that new design, as comment 0 requests, we must provide UI which allows adding unlimited number of group membership tags on a given contact so that the contact can be member of several groups (might also be possible right now, but the UI is completely wrong).
The core idea is covered in bug 75711 (oh, you're not the only one...), the required UI currently a bit unorderly around in bugs like Bug 353563, bug 64169, bug 112970 etc.
So I'll dupe this to bug 75711.

Saving all addresses from message into mailing list is Mailnews Core bug 64233, Seamonkey bug 657243.

We already offer that for mailing lists.
