(Our automation caught this - https://github.com/mozilla/sumo-tests/blob/master/tests/desktop/test_questions_sort.py#L35, test_that_questions_sorts_correctly_by_filter_equal_to_no_replies.) I'm not sure if this is indexing, or what, but on http://support.mozilla.org/en-US/questions?filter=no-replies, there's a thread with both "Solved" and "No Replies" status (see screenshot). Our sumo.prod job regularly passes -- this particular test failed for the past 6 builds, but is now again passing.
