Steps to reproduce:
1.Go to global statistics dashboard and select for last 7 days : https://addons-dev.allizom.org/z/en-US/statistics/addons_in_use/?last=7
2.Select the "Addons Downloaded" section : https://addons-dev.allizom.org/z/en-US/statistics/addons_downloaded/?last=7

Expected results:
There should be a message saying "No data available" because we dont have any data for last 7 days.

Actual results:
No message displayed.

The global stats queries are all SQL, so it's not an issue of forgetting to index the stats. I suspect something with the JSON views has gone awry?

The issue is still reproducible for Collections statistic pages :https://addons-dev.allizom.org/en-US/firefox/collections/dspasovski/webdeveloper/statistics/?last=30

NOTE: You have to be contributor or owner for a collection in order to see statistics button.

This works for me now, likely because the collection stats are now showing the right data as expected.

Reopen if you can still reproduce.

The original scenario is still reproducible. There should be a "No data available" message for  https://addons-dev.allizom.org/z/en-US/statistics/addons_downloaded/?last=7 

Please compare with https://addons-dev.allizom.org/z/en-US/statistics/addons_in_use/?last=7 to see the correct behavior.

NOTE: The collection stats are now available.

This wasn't really an issue since the graph simply had 0-values, which are legit. I've made it easier to notice this however by raising the Y-Axis legend's 0-line in cases where the chart view contains values which sum up to 0.
