Details
We don't plan to support reviews for the april 26th beta. We should get rid of the 'Top Rated' sort for search results at https://marketplace-dev.allizom.org/en-US/search/?sort=rating fligtar is hopeful that we will get to this feature. If that happens, we can just close this bug as wontfix.

This also includes removing the 'Not yet rated' metadata for apps. Changing the summary to be more vague and all-encompassing :)
