1. Load  https://marketplace-dev.allizom.org/en-US/search/?cat=1571 where cat=1571 doesn't exist

expected behavior:
https://marketplace-dev.allizom.org/en-US/search/ loads listing all the apps

observed behavior:
https://marketplace-dev.allizom.org/en-US/search/ loads with no search results. See screenshot.

What if we have a mix of valid and invalid filters (e.g., /search?q=steam&price=paid&cat=999) where do we redirect to?

If a sort option is invalid, let us ignore that sort option.
