I've matched the color of the links and headers on Account Central with the 
selection color of the Server in the Folder Pane level.  What needs to be done: 
figure out how to specify the color of the regular text that is currently 
showing up as black.  I've also added the CSS hover properties (but this doesn't 
work on Linux, we can't underline in the message pane yet on that platform, see 
bug 67711.)

Uhm.. why should the headers be in the *selection* color? It's way too dark 
IMHO.

Right, that's why I said the color of the "regular text" (text style/color
specified as default by the browser, in this case black) would need to be
changed to a white or light color.

actually assigned to it for modern3.
